MORINGA = Moringa oleifera An amazing plant that grows at the foothills of the Himalayan.

A Recovering Enabler

Hello! My name is Nancy and I’m a Recovering Enabler! – OK, I said it out loud for the 1st time and am feeling a spin of ‘fear of being judged’, even though that’s honestly not my problem anymore.

 

Some questions one could ask;

  • Who goes to Recovery for being an Enabler?  — ME!!
    • Why did I? — Because my Life, all parts of it, continued to fall apart no matter how hard I worked at it.
  • What is an Enabler? ­— Someone who gives up Their Own Truths, Integrity, Desires and Uniqueness’ in order to please others so they could ‘fit in’, doing their best to be just like the Them people.
    • What causes a person to become an Enabler? — Someone who was taught that what they wanted was NOT ok; How they felt was NOT right; How they thought and shared things was NOT the way to Be.
  • Cause and Effects of this kind of spin? — A personality molding of continuously trying to find ways to conform to everyone else’s desires thinking they’ll be accepted as OK – which NEVER works!

MIND CONVERSATIONS =

‘When I do this, that and the other thing, THEY will like me, include me and support me.  And They obviously know more that I do because They Say They Do.  THEY also look like they do, so it must be true.’

A HUGE Façade – WAKE UP and SMELL THE BEAUTIFUL ROSES!! No one knows more about ME and who-I-am than ME, Myself & I, along with the Source that created ME! NO ONE!!

INSANITY = Doing the same thing over and over again expecting to receive different results and outcomes.

The Reason I feel such a desire to share this Truth about Me and what’s going on in my life today is because People – some of my friends, associates, family and Community  – have been throwing things at Me in conversations about HOW I’m ‘supposed to think and do things’, that are shocking to me.

A BULLY = People throwing-up all over the place about how Their life is the RIGHT way, and any input or alternative opinion shared counts about 0% of the time.

Imprinting Silliness – It’s hilarious to realize that I was given this particular model to grow up with and live by. These were the ONLY games I was allowed to partake in, at that time. I had shut-off my own Power-Source (way back when) in order to be a part of ‘something’, believing it was better than nothing. 

Who knew?? – Not me, then. BUT I Do now!!  We don’t know what we don’t know, until we do know –  and then it’s on US.

SHAPE-SHIFTING TIME – This has become an Enormous opportunity for Me to un-Plug from the lies taught to ME about LIFE = My Well-Being, what’s best for ME, and how I can get there.

AND because I’m not insane, changing directions is what I DO BEST. I’m stepping off the Bully Landmine playing-field and am honoring the Greatness of ME!  Gently closing the doors to Manipulation, in order to be able to hear about what’s next, is allowing the NEWest Game-plan to morph into reality.

CHAOS AT ITS BEST!!! – I THANK my lucky stars that all of the above does NOT work for me anymore!  AND I’m super happy that these opposing beliefs have shown me the way to BE this LOVING PLAYFUL person.  

It’s so much FUN to BE ME!!  I am a good friend who gets it, understands it, and can relate to so many things.

An Empowerer = Someone who Embraces Their Own Uniqueness (SuperPowers), and shares Themselves unapologetically in order to Encourage others to Plug-IN to Their Greatness!

GABA was one of my saviors with my brain-waves.  For many years I was dealing with way too much stress, confusion and depression.  And because I only use natural products to support my body this product was perfect for me.

GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) is one of the most important amino acids produced within our bodies.  It’s synthesized from Glutamate, an excitatory neurotransmitter essential for good brain function.
