So many people simply flounder through life without a Self-Care Daily Routine. Most wake up, hustle around, start working, end working, close of the day and go to bed. Some even skip meals and sit all day.
My upbringing started me off well with having household duties, both inside and out, be responsible for our own schooling and be allowed to go outside to create our playtimes. Because of this I’ve been able to continue to attract, bring-to-me, others insights that will keep me committed to ME in this one area.
💥This is my basic DAILY START-UPS –
- Stretching
- Qi Gong
- Mosaic Women/Podcast (mindset)
- Walk
- Shower
- Protein Shake
- Meditation
- READY!!
💜Many years ago (me 17yrs old) a wonderful Chiropractor recommended I start my every day out with some simple stretches and a short 10min walk so I could power up my injured back…AND I’ve never stopped.
💜Over the years I’ve incorporated Qi Gong and Meditation before I started my ‘working’ day.
💜I’m sharing this for a few reasons;
- To be true to ME in what I’m doing for myself every day so I can remember to Appreciate me more;
- To share My Encouragement to start Your day by Connecting to the Energies that woke you up once again;
- AND to share more transparency of how I roll!!
